Supporting West Michigan veterans, service members, and their families

Through direct benefit programs, referrals, and community engagement

Our Mission

West Michigan Veterans Coalition (WMVC) believes that all members of the United States Armed Forces and their families should have access to the benefits they have earned and resources to assist them.

WMVC connects veterans, service members, and their families with the resources they need—fast. From food to transportation to financial assistance, we meet urgent needs through private donations and trusted community support.

WMVC supports veterans, service members, and their families in Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Kent, Lake, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, and Ottawa Counties.

We partner with local organizations to inform and guide individuals to veteran-friendly services across healthcare, education, employment, and more.
